  • I recently bought an original Tamiya Blazing Blazer NIB for 2100$. As I understand it, the Blazing Blazer is the Hilux's little sister??? minus the transistorized speed control? any info would be graet.

  • Those things are sweet, that is every tamiya collectors dream is to own one of those, unfortunatly one in ruff shape can go for $1000 or more. If you have one still mint in the box, you can get a minimum of $4000.

  • How come the new Tamiya High Lift does not have the locking hub?

  • @Harvz78 because what they have now is a pin that goes straight into the diff, you just take off the axle cover and screw the pin into the diff.

  • I want my Hi-Lux back!

  • Hi There,

Do you have a product code for this original model hilux. how can I search for this item? I keep ending up with the brusier.

They were @ AUS$700.00 in the mid '70's, you could buy them out of Singapore for @AUS$350.00 if you wend there for a holiday and brought it back as luggage.

  • It`s kit 5828

  • how much would that run you back in the 80's or 90's when it was released?

  • the intro to this is the same as sxephil's

  • can any one tell me if electric can go just as fast as petrol thanks

  • it depends on size scale batteries engines and the driver and much more

  • it can but depends on type of rc nad all the mods etc.

  • Yeah it depends on all of that stuff but electric can be made to go faster than nitro. The fastest rc cars (top speed record holders) are electric.

  • brushless cars are faster than the nitro ones.

  • yo, im gonna sound stupid, but what does brushless mean? im a rc car fan and dont know what that means

  • you can search it in wikipedia

  • thx

  • Electric motors have brushes that contact the electro magnets inside to induce magnetism. Brushless motors have no brushes

  • o i c cooL!

  • -.-

  • @thedirkman Electric is now faster than gas. Its called brushless!!

  • sweet truck!
