i have researched countless ways to cloud the judgement of jurors and make the efforts of law enforcement look evil and conspiring. Come to me when you violate the law so i can facilitate you in doing it again... I patrick barone, love drunk driving.
MADD is the enemy in DUI cases. They have managed to have the 4th and 5th amendments legislated out of the Constitution. MADD is a dangerous entity that thrives soley on revenge and retribution. So many lives, carerrs and marriges have been destroyed by their lunucy. How did we let this happen and how do we stop them? Christ, drunk driving has been made equal to child molestation in the eyes of the law. Scary, to think what these sickos are really capable of.Defend yourself against MADD at any cost
@ricemancometh Generally true. However, when you need one, they will cease to be so evil. And the ones that help people defend themselves against such asinine laws as the "'drunk' driving" laws in this country, which were legislated by a hysterical group of psychopathic lunatics (their very name gives it away--"MADD") and wholly supported by a nation of pathetic , spineless douchebags....those are actually a boon to society.
Given the dangers, texting while driving penalties should be much more severe than those for driving under the influence. To do otherwise is hypocritical.
I am a police officer and I have taken many drunk drivers off of the road...the prosecuter offers a plea its the same plea regardless if you have a lawyer or not why waste the money on a lawyer how much do you think this guy makes a year...more than the people he takes it from I have never seen a lawyer do much good unless you are charged with a felony or you are actually innocent if the cop made mistakes, then maybe hire a lawyer DUI in KY cost about $850 a lawyer cost another $500 ???
Do not listen to the police who's job it is to find, arrest and help convict you. Police are not your friends and they are not lawyers Do not accept legal advice from them! Believe it or not it is ALWAYS better to make the prosecution show their hand. As for me personally I would rather spend several thousand dollars if need be to avoid a criminal conviction that will haunt me for the rest of my life.
Especially if I am falsely arrested, and YES false arrests happen ALL the time!
In KY it's pretty common for innocent people to plead guilty after the Commonwealth Attorney over charges them to begin with. $500 for a lawyer? Maybe in 1967, try $5,000. I do not like police and would never call them. I hope someday every one of you sons a bitches takes a gun and blows their brains out. It's all a fucking racket to get your money. Go fuck your mother you inbred cocksucking pig. I hope you decide to kill yourself or get killed in the line of duty. EAT SHIT AND DIE PIG.
Judge Robert Somma, a 63-year-old Massachusetts federal judge has resigned a week after he was arrested for driving under the influence in New Hampshire. At the time of his arrest Judge Somma was wearing a cocktail dress, fishnet stockings, women's heels and fumbled through a purse for his driver's license as he fluttered his eyelids at the officers.
@bobbyke31 right, because being upset about being falsely arrested and then penalized before even being convicted ("innocent until proven guilty" does NOT apply to DUI cases) is clearly "whining."
ya ok larywer guy what if you dont have the $8000 to pay your sorry ass

Bravo. I was picked up for DUI while sitting in an incapacited vehicle (that car wasn't going anywhere, any time, soon).
I didn't even have to plead and the prosecutor dropped the charges, completely.
(Of course, the fuzz has already destroyed my license and plate - costing me valuable DMV time and money. Bastards.)
