Gatwick recently kept air-plane passengers as hostages for 8 or 9 hours because Air India did not pay landings fees or something on a diverted flight,
why is any of this even allowed if one company owes money to another company make them do what every other business has to do take them to court,
I do not see the CAA investigating that this kind of thing as they have to much of a cushy job that they cannot even be bothered to return my calls,
should be a criminal offence, CAA need to sort it
