@ScottishJapanese4eva ...I suppose you weren't among the onlookers when the krauts marched into Paris, Czechoslovakia, Poland, the Sudetenland and Holland, much less at Hiroshima when the USA dropped the bomb on your ancestors. After D day on June 6, 1944 the American troops with help from the British had kicked them all the way back to berlin.....in less than a year.. Yes, the Wehrmact was a mighty army when invading less powerful countries. Against heavyweights it failed completely.
@SpeedyNeutrino43 It failed completely against the western allies because 75% of the entire German Armed Forces were fighting the glorious USSR. Its no wonder the western allies had it so easy when they were only fighting against 25% of the Wehrmact. The Soviet Union won the War, without us the Germans would have easily conquered Britain and the war would have been over by Christmas of 1941.
