he doesnt need enough helium to lift his weight. if he did that he would keep rising into the sky. he only needs enough to counteract some of the gravity. thats why you get the moon jumping thing, because the moon has gravity, just not very much. the reason why its fake isn't because theres not enough helium, it's because jeans aren't airtight.

Not knowing to what extent their plan would work, they decided the best place to rise into the air without a tether would be under a POWER LINE. Seriously, to achieve any lift the volume of helium would have to be vastly larger in proportion to the weigh lifted-think of the ratio of a blimp to its cabin.
