doesp90x work with people who aren't overweight? im about 15lbs. underweight and am thinking about getting it, but im not sure if its healthy or not for an underweight person, because of all the calories you burn during these workouts.
u can get real healthy protein from natural vegetables protein from meat is second hand used protein which makes u fat and bloated and has growth hormones in discusting

im on my second week now, day one i threw up i pushed so hard. I'm workin w/ Criatine and a pre-workout drink. It works great, allows me to push harder. Which means more reps= more results.

yes, but it is best to do them in the morning because it boosts your metabolism earlier in the day and you will burn more calories throughout the day
