The series was never cancelled. It ENDED. The only way they could continue on with a Soul Eater anime is IF they totally revamped it to the manga like Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood did. The ending to the anime has nothing to do with manga considering its ongoing and the main antagonist is still "at large". But, hey.. I'd love to see this series revamped to manga standards. It would be one hell of an ongoing anime series.

@FreakishAnimeFan i know theres more to the series via manga but they had a lead in for arachne like there was going to be another season but never delivered it was even on several anime sites about how they MAY continue it then they opted out now to which ticked me off
