well i can see it happening see what u have to think aboout is that not all the engines were made the same conditions do affect it ....also the conditions at the time of the dyno too....alot of stuff that can result in the hp.....it happens alot...my vr6 pulls 3 hp more than my friends and we bought then same year class and everything

the 1st gen 02-04 rsx was rated at 200hp at the crank. That looks like a 2nd gen which were rated at like 210 i think.
