All chihuahua's have a soft spot on their heads. Any kind of major bump on it and they're gone.
I have a chihuahua named Chloe and she's one emotional dog. My other dog, Candy, who was a toy fox terrier died on Sept. 10, 2010 @ 3:10 AM. She lived for 16 yrs. 7 months. I still miss her but I've got Chloe.
Loraine - I hope it hurts a little less this coming Christmas. She is the cutest female clone of my little Ricky who lived to be 11 and passed away in '03. I can see Ricky's expressions in her eyes. She's an angel and will always be with you! <3 -Jeanne

@TheDannyohyeah hello she received a nasty bang to the head which seemed to kill her instantly......this happened under the dinner table so no one really saw it. All i know is one minute she was alive and then seconds later lifeless :( an accident which if it wasn't Christmas day would never have happened because i would not normally be at the persons house......such delicate little doggies xx
This was such a lovely tribute. I am sobbing. I am so very sorry for your tragic loss, but I am glad that you have been able to carry on. I have a chihuahua/min-pin mix and I don't even want to think about her being gone. I just can't.

This is so precious to me. I have a Chihuahua and he will be 8 years old next month and he is just as exuberant as he was at 1 years old. If I lost him, I would be devastated, especially when it was unexpected. My heart so much goes out to your and everyone she touched. Absolutely beautiful! @eloraine Actually, there is a video of a doberman and a chihuahua on YouTube, you should look it up, it's very cute! I can't remember the names of the video but there are quite a few videos by the same guy and the videos always make me smile!

You had a special one there, she was a beautiful girl. We lost our Chiuhahua Dori May this morning. It was so sudden and like you can't understand why. I don't like it when people say you get attached to them because it is so much more than that. We had some good times and our life is better because of her. R.I.P. Dori May 1/31/2011 We love you. Your little Lottie looks a lot like my Poppet. He passed last year and it was devastating. My heartfelt sympathies. I have two more chihuahuas that I adopted, and they help, but it's not the same. Sometimes you just have that one special pet. Here's hoping the coming years will bring joy and happiness to you and yours.

huh,my dog died when i wanted to play with him,it was my fault,i noticed that he was a little happy and i opened the door to play frisbee with him,his favorite toy,and i threw it too far,i didnt know my strength it landed in the street,and,and,scruffy got it and the second he picked it up he looked at me and the next thing i knew,a cardriven by some crazy drunk going at least a hundred mph hit him,he was 16 and still going strong,he is 18 today.i put his old frisbee on his grave this morning.T.T
