the R is more for raceing, and the F is more trails. The R would do fine in the trails, you'd just have a little more trouble with the cluch. The f would probubly be a little easyer. but the r would be a lot more fun with increase of power.

Its all about experience. I'm 13 5' 2" 110 pounds and am an ameuter. I can ride my friends 250 fine with the exception of some headshake. With the suspension set up for you, you should be fine.
