If you have the speaker active on the Kenwood, or another radio with a good antenna. You should here a digi.
If you have set the levels, you should put it on the air. TOSV off if you manually put your coordinates in, and just hooked to terminal in home.

Looks like it reset just before TXing. The LEDs all lit like when power is applied.
Also the amber LED flicker after TX, like a digi might have digipeated you
