I take vitamins for my hair. I buy my vitamins from iherb dot com. They ship worldwide. For my hair and nails: biotin (Thompson) and Horsetail grass (Nature's Way or Nature's Answer). My hair is now in very good condition and long. I have a cupon code for this site if you want order the first time: VIK284 and you have 5$ off.
For hair ends: avocado/jojoba/argan oil -> very good!
So glad I found your channel u can't really go to the salon right now on a regular so I needed a good hair regimen to keep my hair healthy you mentioned the mizani products which I love my hair is dry so I need lots of moisture what hair oil from mizani do you recommend
@conakryfanta Hi there! I'm happy that you found us as well, glad to have you on board. Hair oil, if you have a fine to medium texture of hair or thin to medium density then I would recommend the Mizani Supreme oil. Its light but effective. however if your working with a course texture or a thick density or naturally coiled hair then I would recommend KeraCare essential oils. It's a little heavier. Your best source of moisture should be the conditioners you use.
@conakryfanta Effective moisturizers and leave ins are a great way to moisturize your hair without weighing it down. Check out our channel for a link to our website so you can read all about textures and curl patterns. Understanding your strands is the first step in finding a product to fit the needs of your strands
@Queenlala439 Thats AWESOME!!! That is really encouraging...I will continue to make videos. Videos will be posted more often now, I promise! Thanks for your support.
@quintinyable Thank you, to get the kind of hair growth that we all want takes time. Juts make sure you are not abusing chemicals, limiting the amount of heat you put on your hair, keeping it moisturized and getting it trimmed every 6 weeks and over time you should experience healthy hair growth that you can see.
@lilamw006 my hair would always be try as well until I started taking better care of it and using products that are for moisture. I use a variety of products like: elasta QP, Hawaiin silky, products that have olive oil in it, jojoba oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and of course water. You just have to listen to your hair and experiment. Stop listening to what everyone else use on their hair because what they won't use the next one will. I don't mind products that have mineral oil and petroleum i
my hair is dry all through the year and i use all types of moisturizers and my hair sucks it up. ive tried keeping conditioner in my hair for long periods of time but nothing seems to work and i cant afford to keep going to a salon. my hair only grows if i have it in a sew-in for a long time or kinky twists and zillions. what should i do because im having a hard time.
@lilamw006 Hi there, First my question to you is, exactly what products are you using? A lot of times, we as women visit our local drug store, grocery store and even beauty supply store and we think we're getting the best products but sadly we're not. Some products promise to moisturize our hair but its composed of primarily of water so its actually doing just the opposite. Now about this hair growth, if your hair grows while you have a sew in, or braids then its growing when you don't.
@lilamw006 Its just hard for you to be able to see the hair growth. With Zillions, and kinky twists you can actually see the new growth because that's the part that isn't braided or twisted. With a sew in, your not seeing or trimming your hair for 2-4 months. Look at it this way. If you have a plant in your yard and you stare at it everyday its going to be hard to tell if its growing. But if you only visit it once every 3 months then the amount of growth will be more obvious to you.
@lilamw006 On average your only going to see 1/2 inch of growth per month. They key is too take care of your hair so that you don't have to get that 1/2 inch trimmed off every 6 weeks. Keeping naturally dry hair moisturized can be difficult but I guarantee we can find a product that works for you. Inbox me a list of the products that you currently use and products that you've tried in the past and I'll reply with a list of recommendations. Thanks for supporting us.
