I give it to you that he is a really good drummer, but he is no Billy Cobham, Carter Beauford, Tony Williams, Keith Moon, Thomas Lang, Neil Peart, Matt Greneir... need I go on. If you dont know those people go on and check them out. Matt Greneir is the only drummer thats new (from August burns red) that I put with these people.

Look um up though and you will see why he is ONLY really good!

I dont know if any one else noticed it but at about 4:14, you can really tell how crappy dereks floor toms sound, theres a crazy bad overtone sound coming out of it. but when it goes into the soundboard, the drums sound great! haha, hey still a good drummer with good style!

Listen to Dear Diary and then go right to Heroine and you will see what I meant. His voice cracked throughout the whole album of Heroine. Even the music blew. Why I especially dislike Sonny?
