  • The first time I saw that scene I had never heard of Desperate Housewives and I was so shocked at Bree's reaction, which I then considered as a huge freak. As I began to watch the series, however, I came to like her more and more and now she stands among my favorite characters. Not to mention I understand now, why she choose to change the tie. Go Bree, that's the spirit. Also, Marci Cross, Bravo!

  • Man, I can't stand her obsessive perfectionism.

  • I Love Bre

  • I love the way she was looking everywhere for the right tie.

  • Bree is such a cool lady!

  • Yeah agree with you there Phyllis sure did burn Bree with that "I'm surprised that he married your mother" line and Bree's reaction thinking of strangling her mother-in-law.

  • i cant stop laughing

  • ahahahahahha her face when she saw the tie. can you say PRICELESS

  • I can only imagine what Bree was thinking when she saw that god awful that Rex was wearing, and she stopped before they can close the lid, she went up the aisle and eventually to Tom Scavo and asked for his tie(he was Marcia Cross's. Melrose Place co-star) and she sat Rex up in his casket in front of everybody and replaced the green and orange tie with Tom's...now that was a great scene.

  • I love the mom

  • Shirley Knight a truly gifted actress who sincerely shined playing Helen Hunt's mother in As Good As It Gets, she should've gotten an oscar nomination for her performance.

  • This is why I love Bree!

  • Wow, even at his funeral Bree found a way to make it all about her

  • How did Rex die?

  • how can you miss it ?!

Gabby - Brees friend - Rex brees husband !

IT aint hard to link it

  • Of course they're sad... But funerals aren't only about crying and feeling like life can't go on. Reverend Sykes was probably saying a funny anecdote about Rex as it's important to remember the deceased in their good times. It also alleviates the sad situation. But Im sure this scene was put there specifically to emphasise Bree's obsessive-compulsiveness: she will not let Rex rest until she herself is satisfied with the situation.

  • Haha Brees amazing!

  • bitch grandma and he is a pervert

  • 3:51 hahahahhah

    Bree: give me your tie

Lynette: Give to her, give to her
