@SoLovelyWow i'd say stick with the mineral and studio eyeshadows and you won't be disappointed with the quality. surprisingly enough, though, wet n wild eyeshadows currently are one of the best from the drugstore.

@ginabinawina99 a lot of the $1 quads are really good too, but some aren't so good. i bought mine based on makeupalley recommendations and i love the ones i got.

@ta9000 I've not had any issues with shedding with these brushes.. I can't even remember seeing one hair shed.. but they are synthetic so I'm sure that has somethin to do w/ that

I know right? Elf has really stepped it up, they actually have brush cleanser and shampoo now. They have some eyebrow stencils, HD powder, and even a $1 eyeshadow primer =)

I have a question for you - I love the color of the blush in the Studio blush/bronzer duo, but it's WAY too sparkly for me. Is the Candid Coral blush the same way? The shimmer in the warm bronzer I can handle, but the duo just has too much glitter and I'm scared that the studio blushes will be the same way.

oooh!! totally get the candid coral. It's more of a satin not sparkle. I'd say its even less shimmery than the warm bronzer, personally.

On the mineral lipsticks - I have heard that they are waxy...Are they waxy or moisturizing? I haven't bought any but have wanted to, but I'm not too keen for a waxy lipstick. Thanks for the great video!

They all have different finishes. I don't personally think they're "waxy" and find they're non drying and somewhat moisturizing. NOT as creamy as NYX, but better staying power than NYX. Hard to describe, but hope that helps!

I've used the powder brush for all stated. I mostly use it for liquid foundation, applying some to the back of my hand then dabbing it in the product and buffing it in. I've also used it with my mac moistureblend compact cream foundation and also with my msf natural.. lol! and yep.. they fought some before and I had to restart the vid. hugs!

I just love elf their stuff is so goooood and a better price then other brands. I am a elf addict lol The bronzers worm, glow , blushes, brushes are so soft and the lip sticks are so creamy. Thay are coming out with new stuff to the line all the time. I send in an order at least once a month lol

i haven bought elf in a while...i want the glosses from the mineral line..the glosses from the studio line are out of stock ;-( but the blushes are to die for rose and bliss are my faves especially for the fall....i own all the mineral lipies. my faves are runway pink natural nyph and nicely nude the rest are deep browns and plumy colors,and studio all the brushes are amazing dont own a kabuki yet,eyebrow duo is amazing and bronzers...i luv elf and recomend it for everyone..luv yur vids gurl!!

I totally agree I love the Lip Gloss in their studio line and i agree also, I love love love that flat headed brush I have 4 :) I put on my liquid foundation with one and my Studio Fix with another that is just a great brush!

have you tried the super glossy lip shine spf 15? they don't seem like much but i think they are the best gloss out of the $1 line. they are a bit sticky, and come in a dinky tube applicator but i think they're really good, especially for the price. i am holding out on another purchase for a while- as you said they keep adding to the studio line!
