My boyfriend just told me to listen to this and I'm forever in love with this song. I love it and I can't wait to tell him I love him too. I haven't yet, but I may now.
@lindalovesmusic1 Mmm! Great Soul Music, I love the rhythm and the sound and the lyrics, pure poetry for people in love *sigh* Thanks for sharing this song, my wonderful BFF. I hope your BF will whisper this song in your ear very soon, under the moonlight, while slow dancing in his arms *siiiiiigh* I'd love to see your radiant smile, awww...
Just wondering why is not Aries on this song?. Don't we have room on the book of love?? :( snif-snif ):
@TheBasileia yes, it would be wonderful to dance to this somg with him singing it to me. I noticed Aries didn't make it, but trust me girl, I bet Jose could tell you that he sees stars in your eyes. Just ask him. ~_-
I remember meeting ron banks when i was a dj on the radio, he was a truly down to earth man. I really enjoyed meeting him and brook benton in the same year.
@jmdona7 Exactly. They were essentially singing POETRY! I'm 53. I was talking to my grandson and listening to oldies with him. He's 12.. I was like, yea, we used to Mack and Serenade the Women. He said to me, "Grandpa, what's Serenade?" I was outdone.
When Music was Music...the Dramatics, the Dells, the Delfonics, the Temptations, the Miracles...etc, these were the groups who sang to women about love and made you feel like they were singing to you and about you....the best!
wonderful song. simply put. CHICAGO NEM AND DETROIT TOO.
