Rarely is there ever a dark enough place for a good rave, unless there's a group that actually planned a light show with the DJ, or people made a big deal out of having one and the people working there seemed to have noticed and let things fly improvised. Then again, in 90% of clubs you have strobe lights everywhere and a bunch of other gnarly effects flickering about that pulls attention away from a light show anyway. I'd say: just do it in a room of E-heads and make them go crazy.

Raving is about expression, there is no good or bad way to do it. While I believe that learning to lightshow or string is cool, I believe that you should not have to turn to tutorials to become a raver. If there's one video that would help you become a raver it would say "PLUR" go get some tickets.

wow, you people who post instructional vids on how to be a raver are fucking dumb in the head, you can't be taught how to "be" a raver, you go to raves, you feel the music, and you have a fucking BOMB ass time...every person you've ever met who is chill at lightshows didn't "learn" how to be a raver, they just did it......ecstacy helps a lot too
