  • your hair looks fine.

  • Someone know if it's possibile whiten intrinsic stain with oil pulling? does it work only for extrinsic stain ? please answer me.

  • HI I oil pulled for a little over a week and my mouth is soooo sore I heard thats a sign its working but I chickened and stopped cause the pain got soo bad I couldnt sleep. im now going my first full day with no oil pulling and I already feel better. my teeth look great but dont feel great. I used organic un refined coconut and sesame oil.

  • @DanielleBabyBliss Thanks for sharing, I honestly did not know that oil pulling could cause pain... it seems weird because it's just a natural oil. Could be things in your teeth that it's detoxing that is causing the pain, what you could do to is start of by oil pulling once a week... then a month later do it twice a week... Once every 3 days etc... Increase the frequency over time and your teeth will get used to it and build up an immunity to it and that way you can receive the full benefit.

  • how many times a week should this be done?

  • @v140297 You can do it as often as you want, 2-3 times a week... I use this but I also use the remedies from teeth whitening secrets as well... those are more effective for whitening your teeth overall. Thanks for the comment.

  • @WhiteningTeethSecret thank you!

  • @v140297 Your welcome!

  • Oh, please how can you say coconut oil whitens your teeth because it is white in its solid state. That sounds like a innocent childish joke. Coconut is healthy, but that's due to its short fatty acids and not its color when solid. On the other hand, oil pulling works mechanically, and maybe as a chemical cleanser. Nothing more, nothing less.

  • @ancamg Oil pulling removes stains from your teeth, which whitens them... It's not as effective as some of the remedies in whitening teeth secrets but it still works.

  • You don't know what Bertolli oil is and you're making a video suggesting olive oil pulling...

    Nice

Bertolli is a brand of olive oil

  • @cuttinlemonz Well obviously! lol

  • People need to know this. Baking soda and peroxide do horrible damage on teeth.

  • @TheFem92 not really, It depends how you use it to be honest.

  • @WhiteningTeethSecret Really? What is the correct way?

  • @xXRawrItsIvyXx Don't think so no... I've never heard of that oil... I recommend olive or coconut oil personally.
