You need to learn how to draw with pencils before moving onto markers. You have a lot of unnecessary mess/lines around the car.

@b4z21 Try to get a good rhythm before drawing the circle. Also do some exercise on separate paper. Just draw circles and try to be fast. Once you finish 30-40 pages of circles, you will get the result. Good luck!

i think the "pad" u draw on wasn´t chartpak (it´s a marker brand). Some people say that chartpak is the best marker for car rendering... is it true?

i dont think it would make so much difference.. it all depends how you use the marker, rather than the brand. but i know that mercedes benz designers use copic.

your lines are very stiff, try to be more expressive with it.

also try to use your marker to indicate the lighting, not just using it to fill in an area, but the describe the area.

I know this may sound REAL crazy, but i have exactly the same markers as you and exactly the same markers for the seperate colour like the copic for the brown and touch for the gray and black! Good sketch by the way.
