@IanKlute That may be true, but I would've gone well over a watchable time if I explained my idea in full. I didn't want to put together a skit, but that's because the shoddy equipment I'm using can't even pull off the shots I'd want to show my skills with. Instead, I chose to show what I've done with stills to show that I'd be capable with motion. Sadly, I don't think abilities will factor into the results of the contest ultimately...I appreciate the feedback, though!

The cool part is that you can sometimes come out of a dark time and still really appreciate the music that got you through it/reinforced it, and see it with a new perspective. Death Cab will always be one of my defaults, as well...for very similar reasons.
