going there in 3 days im excited have not been there in like 2 years
last time i stayed at that hotel there was a fire (i think) the fire alarm went off and my guess was that someone was smoking and lit the tree on fire (it was Christmas). they evacuated the whole building and sent us down to some room near the hotel. it was the morning 7am or so so they gave us free breakfast and i sat and slept on the floor for 3 hours when they finally let us back out.
O I'm so glad I found this page , and read everyone's comment's on this hotel . We live up North . So it's a once a year trip for us. I can't wait to stay here the past hotel's were okay , but nothing Grand like this video ...thanks for sharing :)
I LOVE DISNEYLAND, WHEN I USED TO LIVE IN NV MY FAMILY, WE HAD ANNUAL PASSPORTS TO DISNEY AND WE STAYED AT THE GRAND CALIFORNIAN HOTEL AND ME AND MY DAD SAT BY THE FIRE, NOW THAT I LIVE IN NY, I CAN'T GO TO DISNEY THAT MUCH ANYMORE :(
just got home today to Pennsylvania from a whirlwind 10 day California (Vegas ) trip .Disney Iis the best.Vegas is alright if your single and go with a bunch of buddy's but hardly a christian / family environment .We just had to pick our niece u there. Wouldn't go again . But Disney , now there is the best .We own DVC and go to Disney world about 4 times a year wouldn't trade it. Grand Cal.Was fantastic and glad we did it. Would go again !!

@SanFranGiantsFreak7 I agree :) I love Disneyland a lot more than Disney World but they are both awesome :) I am going to disney world in 55 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but I am staying at Grand Californian for Christmas!!!!!! Wait, why'd I just tell you all of that?
I live in californai and im an annual pass holder so I go to disneyland all the time. For special occasions I stay at a hotel with my cosins. I went over chrismass with my cosins and we stayed at the paridize pier. This hotel is like 100 times nicer.
It really depends on what you like. The grand californian has a private entrance to California adventure and it is close to disneyland to, it is very nice and the rooms are big. I personaly prefere the disneyland hotel. it makes you feel more like your at disneyland and my mom likes how cheep it is. The rooms can be cherecter costamized if you want. Where ever you go youll have a fun stay and they are both walking distances from the parks.
@dicedpickels The Disneyland hotel is true disney, it has a bigger pool also(: But the grand Calafornia is extreamly nice its more relaxed, it is the clostest to the park(:

That song doesnt get drilled. it gets BRAINWASHED. Fortunatley for me i live in arizona and i go at least 3 times a year. Every time at Cali Adv. I literally sing that song more than its a small world. Hmm.. i think im noticing a theme here with the songs.... YAY FOR NEXT WEEK AT THE GRAND CALIFORNIAN
trust me I know, I've been to Disneyland and DCA together 3 times and all those songs get into your head but I love the songs they bring back memories, we are going to disneyland again this summer and we are staying at this hotel, can't wait to experience this hotel
I love this hotel. i really wanna go back especially after listening to this music! Where did u get it?!?! My fave memories from our last visit were going out to look over the columns @ da lobby at night in my jammies, and c all the ppl walking around & talking, and the piano player, and the fire and everything! And of course Disneyland/ CA Adventures! =)
Great Presentation, I really love the song you found to play behind it. It reminds me of walking past those big green cones on your way to the entrance. I'm going back in October for a week to celebrate my honeymoon. Hopefully I'll hear this song there again!
