Camera guy, take the civil service test, score good enough to get selected out of the thousands of applicants, make it in the police academy( for seven months) (testing, physical fitness ect.) make it through probation for year, do a minimum of three years as a cop on the streets (4-12, 12-7 am shift), score high enough to become a sergeant.
