@zigasuko Well according to the history of the shooting sleeve, allen iverson first started using it because it was prescribed from the doctor for his arm. After a while he just kept wearing it even though his arm had healed and that became his trademark, along with his cornrows. People mostly just wear them for style and fashion on the court now, but it can be used for injuries as well. I'm guessing ones from walmart wouldn't help you in any way though lol

when i jammed my finger in a game i had my coach tape the injured one and the one next to it together so those two made one constant movement and it helped a little

otherwise just slowly get back to dribbling in your driveway, working with the injured finger a few times a day to get used to it
