This isn't good for Chicago. Marian Hossa is a guy who doesn't exactly work his ass off night in and night out. He's great when he wants to be, but that's only if he isn't whining and crying about management. Further more, the guy gets injured, and takes games off when he can easily come back. Just for the sake of taking the night off.
He's not chasing the Stanley Cup anymore because he's 30 now. He needs to get tied up into a long term deal to make his money now. HUGE Cap hit, Hawks will suck.
well coming fro ma red wings fan, marian hossa DOES work his ass off night in and night out. you re right, however, about the injuries. he in VERY injury prone. he has also been known to choke under pressure so if the hawks face the wings in the playoffs you will need kane and toews to really steup it up. other than that though, the blackhawks will be fine, and the red wings will be fine. its actually nice to habe chicago back in the mix because detroit and chicago are great teams.

Hossa's Career is never gonna go down the toilet.....He's a superstar which means that even when he's about to retire at whatever age he is, he's still gonna be a strong player and he's gonna be a smart veteran....
