  • oh looks like you standing on nothing or the verry edge of a bridge 1:33

  • you could call this Eurostars in france and now one tell is was england on the first shot

graeat filming like the shots where you get two or more trains in 1 shot, there where you standing or on in the middle of the vid.

  • wow yess the euros. i rember dispatching them at stevenage stn. awsome m8.

  • Thanks

  • Yeah true, i used to see them in leeds station, brilliant when they set off, like HST's but humming lol, and when you sit at the back where the engine is and it went into a tunnel or went under the bridge you could hear the engine humming.

  • Superb video 5*

  • Thanks mate

  • The good old days with the EuroStars on hire to GNER!

  • Definitely - great machines - could hear the distinctive hum approaching from way off particularly with a favourable wind

  • A perfect video from back in the day 5*

  • Thanks Tom

  • Great video Ian. What camera do you use?

  • Thanks Dave. Then I was using a Sony TRV33E a great camera, was end of line when I bought it so got it for a bargain. Unfortunately it started becoming unreliable with intermitment fault (think wore it out!) so very reluctantly decided to upgrade to Sony HDR-HC9E from Sept 08

  • Brilliant video as usual, good variation of locos in this video! the 37s were great!! As was the class 60!! Well Done

  • Thanks very much. I was lucky to get such a variety of locos and of course now there are very few 60s around, no Eurostars on the ECML and no FL57s either. Great shame.
