@Aws8819 The guy is giving support and that alone helps emotionally those who are hurting. Somalis are probably suffering from either PTSD or Dissociative type disorders or in fact both of these disorders and they cannot escape the violence and so the disorders become even more severe. The only help that can be given to these mental patients is to place them in groups so that they can emotionally support one another.
