DON'T GET IT! You have to donate $10 to close the popup window that comes with it. Guess what happens when you donate? Nothing. They don't keep their word and you don't get the donations key to close program. I don't believe all these comments praising the program. How many videos do you know have comment sections that don't contain profanity or Justin Bieber references? It's not a scam, but it is annoying as hell.

This is an EXCELLENT program for iphone. Great work. However, I HATE iphone and I'm changing to a Motorola Atrix with Android software this upcomming fall. Thank god for guys like you. If it was not for your program, that moron Steve Jobs would be nickling and diming me for ringtones.

Think i may have it figured out... interestingly enough, i just converted an older ringtone from my BB that was a default of 30 sec long, all the other new ones i had created were 40 sec. That 30 sec one worked... And while i know the 40 sec tones are supposed to work there may be a glitch in my phone. I'm not disappointed, i can live without the extra ten seconds. Great software and i've always been VERY happy with the results.That's why i donated & have recommended it to friends! Thanks :D

i have Windows 7 & recently updated itunes & iphone software. i've tried the delete all old ringtones & reimport... i've tried changing the format, i've re-eported the files from within iringer (for some reason it will not write directly to my phone, either) i'm really at a loss...i tunes sees all the files, populates the list in the sync options & then simply doesn't work when the "sync" button is clicked. i've deleted and restarted i don't know how many times & followed the tutorial to the T

Just updated to the new version yesterday, now none of the new tones i've created will work!!! UGG! i have a donation key and have loved & used your software for a year and this is the first time i've had issues with sync. Any ideas? I have iphone4 with the newest software i think it is 4.3. :(

@Cindernelly Most of us have the iPhone 4 with 4.3 and it works fine. There has to be an issue on your end. Are you exporting to iTunes using MR4 format?

@oleostrut It doesn't need iTunes. There is an option to transfer via SCP. You need to jailbreak your phone to use that option.

Absolutely superb software! I tried loads of ways to do it, main problems people have is getting it on the iphone itself but once it's exported to iTunes you just do as he shows you to get it on the phone. Brilliant, top marks!

Im having a problem I have an iphone 3GS and im running version 3.1.2 and i can make the ringtone and what not put it on the phone and they show up under the iphone directory in the ringtones folder. My problem is that when i go into the phone and go into setting and sounds under custom i can only see one song out of the 4 that are in itunes. Any idea?

i had the same problem until about 20 seconds ago. watch what he did at 5:43 they are first added to the library,which you can just add your own if they are pr made for the iphone, than after they're there he syncs them in the ring tone tab in the iphone section. i just did that and it works like a charm.
