Depends what motors he has. The 750s will give him 135 QOT, the new quad-rotor 850SCs 150-155.

I have seen these boats race close and there is nothing cooler than the helicopters that film these boats, besides the loud & sexy roar from the huge Mercury Motors!!

It depends what motors he has. The 750s can see 135 tops. The new quad-rotor SC850s 150-155.
