The Statue of Liberty in NY is not standing only for the US but for all people everywhere, just read some history and you will see that the movement that gave birth to the Freedom Notion in the US was a fruit of centuries of struggle by mankind
This law must be repealed. The legislators that passed it must be "outed" and the citizens of the USA must be made aware that any and all of us can be singled out, arrested and detained indefinitely without hearing or trial. It is probably the most blatant act of treason against the US Constitution that has ever been enacted. It must not stand.
If we sacrifice our liberties in the name of "safety" those liberties will soon be nothing but a fond memory.
@hcebad Don't bother to repeal the law, Fire them all, with no benefits, and put them all into there Fema camps. Elect a new government, pass a new law that declares anyone violates the constitution will be shot!!! Its treason!! See if you disallow NDAA then we can not just take them and put them into prison forever, they then would be allowed to have due process of law. I don't thing we want that. Let just declare that we are at war within this country, which they did!
