A different rendition than standard but beautiful.I have never heard this one before, but will play it again and again. In my teens Donald Smith and June Bronhill were favourites . Its a shame there is no actual video pics of them together. This one with his grand daughter really grabs you. Graham - Melbourne Aus

Thank you for your comments. Whilst Donald and June performed many concerts together throughout their illustrious careers, unfortunately they never actually performed an opera together. (Donald's son tenor Robin Donald did however perform the Puccini opera 'La Rondine' with June as part of the Adelaide Festival in 1976).
