Just of the top of my mind, the ZX spectrum, BBC Micro, Commodore 64 and later Amiga computers were all great devices for PC gaming. PC = "Personal Computer", not "Windows+Intel".

Microsoft made an OS that eventually became an international standard, but PC gaming as such existed for years before that.

B4 Christmas we shopped around for the best 3D HDTV and researched online. We ended up buying the Panosonic vtv25 1080P "54 Inch - 3D TV it won 3D HDTV of the year 2010, sony came in 4th and 3rd there was some ties 9 tvs won the top 5 places, BUT Panosonic WON 1ST PLACE ALL BY THEM SELVES!!! I've watched two films and seen one game being played in 3D(Batman Arkham Asylum) and I really like the look of it, adds alot of depth(obvioulsy it's 3D =P) but it's just the price right now for 3D TV's and monitors that's letting it down a bit.

People who say they hate 3D have never tried it or they just don't like change(even if it's for the better) and no one's gonna force you to buy it, it's the same thing with motion controlled gaming, it's JUST an option!
