In fact, it is a ritual where people get together playing drums, after which people reason about (matters of) life (usually smoking herb to enhance the reasoning). There is also one sect of Rastafari which is called Nyabinghi. Marley, belonged to another one: the Twelve Tribes of Israel, which I think is the most open. One Love.
