i do very little weight training, up untill now i have done all bodyweight, i have only just started adding weights into it, and by weights i just throw weights into a book bag and wear it on my body for pushups, pullups, etc. just to do a smaller rep with more weight. its more to build strength.
the unweighted pushups adn pullups is more endurance in my opinion, i can easily do 400 pushups without getting off of my ahnds and 50 plus pullups currently
o rite cool, because i have read lots of things on the internet that push ups dont build up your chest they just add shape and tone to it, they say if ya want to add muscle onto ya chest ya need to use weights and stuff. and 400 pushups omg lol i can only do like 50 max
well ivebeen working out... since ive been 15, started hard core at about 17 and now i am 19, u can get pretty toned withint a few months if you really train and dont slack off

Love to see you do 400 pushups and/or 50 pullups without stopping. Looking at you, believe that you can do it, but that is a lot.

where on your body do u train when u are doing the side to side push-up? shoulder?

bicep tricep and shoulder, puts a good mount of strain on teh shoulders
