@nekooooooo1 I almost cried too! Unrequited love is so painful. But I really thought they were finally going to get together in that hotel room and give in to the love they clearly both have for each other. It seemed like Stuart finally realized that it is possible to love someone and also be sexually attracted to them. But alas, none of that happened at all and I was so disappointed. They just went to sleep without touching and without resolving anything. Why?

For me it's a little bit more difficult to understand what those brit lads say, I wish I could. When it comes to that kind of accent. (English is not my first language). But I love the UK version. Actually, Both Am and British. They are, for me, just different. But as one said previously, I wish it'd been longer. And thanks for the one who posted them.

I watched both versions of QAF and as I see that the US version's Brian is an complicated character. He was an image of perfection. Outside he was see as careless, and heartless person, but Inside he is calm, romantic, warm heart. He helped people out even his mouth say otherwise. for those who doesn't really get what I'm saying then no wonder you see UK version is better. But to me, I think US version is better because they contains many "ridiculous romantic" scenes.

@LittlePenny i agree, and it also let us see more in depth the gay community and it dealt with issues that were not being addressed before on any show about what gays go through. I thought the US version was better over all. Funnier, sexier, more drama, romantic, sentimental, and educative. That's just my opinion

@edwin8126 to me stuart seems touchier than brian ever was. yeah brian would get upset at things but stuart quickly wants to get into fights. I liked how vince hurried over there to deal with it like he was probably thinking here we go again.

I'm American and I have to say that the UK version, the original version of Queer as Folk, is way better than the US version. I would pick watching Stuart & Vince over Brian & Justin anyday.

@annewolfe: I think, because you support so much for Stuart & Vince so that can't stand Brian & Justin. UK all about Stuart & Vince, but US all about Brian & Justin. They're totally different stories so can't say what worst. I'm not UK nor US so I love both stories in an totally separate ways for the sake of all hard work staffs and actors

I didn't say anything about how Stuart and Nathan dancing was less hot than Brian and Justin dancing. However, yes, Brian and Justin were sexier in a more American way, I suppose. I thought Nathan was a cutie though. Stuart had more of a dark pathological edginess to him in this series that Brian just didn't have. I have to say that if the UK series had not exsisted, the US series would not have had such a wealth of material to draw upon, and that is the real truth.
