  • Looks alot like the exercises I do. The one thing I noticed on your curls, the longer you go the more you are swinging the weights and not letting your muscles do the work. Try to control count on the way down, this puts more on your muscles to make them lift the weights up instead of swinging them back up.

  • @RodgeLinkbot. Do a curl pass the dumbbell to the other hand and do a curl. I used to only have one dumbbell also and still could do good workouts.

  • @TOTOOZ69 only advice I should give to a beginner is workout hard 4 days a week no more no less. Follow a good diet. And yes always push yourself with weight. Look up workout vids on YouTube that's a good way to start

  • Wow thanks! My arms actually feel better and bumpier after doing 20 reps. Everyone should try this! I honestly only did it with only 5 lbs weights and my arms already feel a little bigger every time i do this exercise!

  • Hey nice workout I watched both videosi had a quick question do u do the bicep workout and the da killer chestworkout on da same day or u would for example Monday - bicep workout. Tuesday- chestworkout - wed- bicep again etc.

  • excellent workout. it's been a while since you've made any more though, i see.

  • just start with 10s and do 125 curls. 5 sets of 25. then build your way up. also look at his chest exercise video. it will also build your arms. for triceps id just do dips and get a dumbbell and hold it with 2 hands behind your head and act like your throwing it forward. also do push ups with your feet up on a chair or a stability ball.

  • It's a good workout bro but just a tip, don't swing. Momentum takes away from the concentraition. You want to workout ONLY the bicep, as in full focus. The more u focus on the bicep and not swing at all, the more you work it out. Do your exact workout right, but do it a little more slowly and control it the whole time. It's a killer workout for sure good job man keep it up

  • @someperson111 the swing indirectly works your abs at the same time, is not necessarily a bad thing.

  • ok well this is a pretty easy workout... definitely good for beginning, and I give kudos to you for doing good form. However, if you really wanna do something hard, try doing this to start off: do that same exercise, but this time take 3 seconds to go up, 3 seconds to go down. You may want to start with ten reps. that will kill you.

  • Just do the 3 sets of 20's just as shown, once a week, mix it in with your other workout that your doing.

  • nice video but just wondering what the use of flexing for 10 seconds does?

  • Flexing for 10secs allow the blood to rush to the muscle that just worked out, this allows the muscle to take in more blood to start the building process early.

  • you should only do 20, if it feels to light upper the weight. and i recommend only doing 3 sets once a week. Once again if that feels to light upper the weight.

  • i do the dumbbell work out every other day, 20 angled and 20 strait up 3 times. I'm starting to get to use to the 20lbs, so I'm going to add a 25lb or a 30lb dumbbell in the work out to switch it up. Ill film another segment with me using them at the end of the week. I'm going to continue to update my videos so you can see the changes. Thanks.

  • Hum, never heard of holding each lift. I guess there's plenty of different variations that you could do with this workout. I was just showing what worked best for me. Thanks.
