A doorman building in the middle of some of Brooklyn's most worst projects. 3 blocks from Marcy, 1 block from Tompkins (my uncle lives there). 2 blocks from Bushwick houses, and directly across the street from Sumner. I think it's inevitable if your neighborhood is under 30 mins from Manhattan white people will take over. Willamsburg n L.E.S were all spanish areas when I was little.
