As a vocalist myself, I'd say you need you open up more, your voice feels ... forced, just open up your mouth and let the song fly through you not from you.

Oh, and when going in to adlib, try planning which verse, or words you would use adlib on, don't switch back and forth as much when the notes come down a bit.
