  • wish i could be the cameraman! but on another note that workout does seem quite intense - those muscles shes using are naturally large in the bodypart so require alot of energy - so even though it looks like she didnt do a lot of reps i can guarantee you they will take a lot out of you

  • i love the exercise but if i could make a minor suggestion? Breathe out and you squat and when youre raise your arms and legs and breathe in when you are in the "ready" position. Youll find that you wont be gasping for air as fast. By doing this your creating a natural breathing pattern. Rule thumb "when you exert breathe out".
