  • I'm 52 and my stretching is still improving.

  • I trained when I was about 17- 18 but not too seriously. After some time out came back when I was 24 and slowly started training more seriously; started stretching most days - I couldn't do the splits properly until I was 30 by this time I was stretching ever day and some times went to the extremes of having people pull my legs and stand on my hips to achieve the last couple of inches.

  • Good Job. Have you always been flexible? I notice you are not as young as some karateka who do the splits on here - is this something you have developed later on in life? Or just maintained?
