One of my counselling clients recently played Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’ in court in order to escape a prison sentence.
He had raped a woman he was dating after escorting her home, after she clearly said ‘no’. The facts of the case weren’t disputed, but he claimed that just as gays now say homosexuality isn’t a life choice but a brain-state you’re born with, so he can’t be blamed for acting on his innate sexual drive.
The jury were impressed enough to send him to me rather than a prison cell.
Bullshit! Not only does Google NOT have this story or anything similar (something this egregious would certainly make the news), but your claim is false in theory as well.
Even with innate sexual drives, one must stay within the confines of the law. So while paedophiles might be innately attracted to kids, they're not allowed to rape, molest or otherwise hurt them. Likewise, gays and heteros are not allowed to rape other adults, either. Obviously!

I have to say this makes ahelluvalot more sense to this old fart than Gaga's video. How old am I? So old that I have to wonder how the gorgeous young thing can blow his nose with that nose ring. By the way, do you know if the guy at 2:12 was one of the farmers in the "I Just Want to Fuckin' Dance"? He looks like a friend of mine, as does the guy in the other video.
