@bobg0038: The handlebar comes off quick. It's just a cotter pin holding it in place.
The main 2 wheels are held with a round key ring type cotter pin. I prefer to leave the wheels on because of the washers in place could easily get lost. Breakdown of all 3 wheels and handlebar take about 2 minutes.
