not really, they will usually just run away, kill other pets like little dogs and stuff and ya probley end up getting stolen. but that if ur around alot of other people u might be able to let one just run around if u traind it right
@juainisavannahs my buddy has one, about a year ago when it was two i belive it got out and actually stalked and killed a little yappie dog a few houses down. im sure thats not common and it is very funny. but dont put it past them. it good urs dosent i guess.
Since they are so beautiful and unusual, some people might steal them. And many (maybe most) Savannahs are very lively and adventurous, so they might run quite far, and forget how to come home. Best to keep them indoors and give them a safe enclosure to play outside in, or take them for walks on a leash with a walking jacket/harness.
Adoarable, we have an F# as well not much differance in age either. You can check him out in our videos. Also we are having a pet contest on our site and would be honoured if she entered.
Too right! Lol! There is actually a big, beautiful stray tom who keeps passing by and stirring up everybody who is playing in the outdoor areas. I guess it is exciting to see a "man of the world" when you are a sheltered house kitty.

@masonblazin They do not kill little dogs! What a funny idea! You have to be careful with your birds and hamsters around them (like any pet cat).
