HAH, "Good old fashion whip cream". REAL, good old fashion whip cream is the one you whip by yourself and gently put some vanillasugar in. Not some cool whip bought in the next supermarket. XD Nothing wrong on the recipe though. :) I just don't know why people don't just boil the milk with some cacaopowder and some sugar.. that's like.. the easiest and healthies way.

Firstly, the heat setting should be on low, when he poured in the milk it sizzled a bit which can cause a burnt taste (although I do like a bit of it). Don't know about the water - just dilutes to chocolatey taste for us chocoholics :D

And also, he said to use boiling water. You should never use boiling water because (going back to school chemistry :)) the oxygen atoms gain so much energy that they break their bonds in boiling water - Oxygen enables us to taste the favours better (that is one of the reasons why wine tasters swirl the wine before tasting). So less oxygen = less taste
