That sound is your motherboard telling you exactly what the fault is. The information will be in your motherboard user manual. But by the sound of it and what happened I would guess your CPU has just overheated and the onboard protection has shut down your pc to protect the CPU from damage. Are you trying to overclock your cpu? Take the disk out and go into your bios settings and monitor your cpu temp from there, if it rises whilst in bios, then you have a cooling problem.
