@MeMpHiSsLiM20 try out android. that's been like a last hope for a lot of people because winmo really does suck. my hd2 got really buggy yesterday, and i did a hard reset. i'm definitely gonna get android as soon as i get a chance. the hd2 has really nice hardware, but winmo is really hindering it from showing it off.
or you can just get a brand new in box one shipped to you and sell it for another phone.
no solution

i have been doing master resets and soft resets all day.
just to let you know this is my girls phone and its phone number two for her
and i am on phone number seven. yes i have had seven hd2's since release date.
ever phone they send me has been crap and this one i am on is crap as well.
i get black screens and have to do battery pulls and masyer resets.
the only reason i am still putting up with it is because they only want to offer
me a t mobile dash 3g and that is a downgrade.

u need factory reset : try this
With your phone powered off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
While holding the volume buttons, press the END/POWER button briefly and then release it.
When you see a warning message on screen, release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.
