2007-Fox Terrier (Wire)

I have 2 new pure bred Wire Fox Terriers that are both rescued. People over breed them and sell them for profit in the USA to families that are not prepared to care for a high energy terrier. They look so cute as puppies. I grabbed my girl and had her spayed on the first week. Her brother was found 6 months later. He was already neutered. I get them stripped so they look nearly show ready, but they will never show or breed.

I had a Wire Haired Fox Terrier for 13 years. She was an amazing dog. So much fun and so much personality & loyalty. They are great family pets. I still miss her terribly, even though she passed away in '93.

hi, Can you tell me what their temperment is like, this breed of Dog, I have four kids 12, 11, 7 and 6, and one Dog already a Golden Retriever, but I am looking at getting a second dog, and want a smaller dog. Thanks Eileen. Also do they shed much. thanks

I have two of these dogs and I can tell you now that they love kids. They are comedians and one of mine is a thief, he has a sense of humour. They have boundless energy but are not demanding to excercise. Lovely loyal pets.
