@tortoise245 I don't really know this game, but I remember back when I was little, I saw one of my cousins playing this game and my aunt kept laughing at him losing on the cyclops level when he kept falling on those tracks. So I've been trying to find this game on youtube for awhile.....just to laugh at this level XDXD

This game shows no fuckin' mercy. I was unable to pass any stages after saving the other X-Men! The graphics for its time (1992) were awful! I hated this game (wasted a few weekends of my elementary school life renting this piece of shit from the video store. Well expect the very least from LJN licensed games.

@soulchildsacomin yea, it was pretty hard, I didn't mind the graphics so bad. It really had the 90's comic book feel to it with Wolverine being brown, storm in that dark black suite, and cyclopes in his old school x blue outfit. It was a very dark game; it just brings back memories when I see it, lol. But I hear you brotha, this game like many other SNES, ruined my elementary school grades, but made gave me something to talk about during recess.

Storm and Gambit were modern while they kept it old school for Wolverine and Cyclops. Being that this game was released in 1992 and its 16 bit, they could have made the characters a little better and bigger (ok the graphics overall were'nt that bad). The unfair difficulty and repetitive objectives were the game's only weak points not to mention that annoying buzzing sound (Spidey Sense).  If you die, you start all over (I hatre that)!

@soulchildsacomin lol, I remember that now. Yea, once you die you had to start all over again. Still this game and others like Judge Dredd, Maxium Carngie, and starfox, or way better then the junk they have out now. Gotta love the 90's!

I was suprised how well they made Maximum Carnage, Seperation Anxiety, and Cartoon Spiderman for SNES being that LJN (laughing joking numbnuts) created those titles. Before Genesis and SNES came out, all marvel comic console games really sucked. You'll know what I mean if you ever played Sinister Six (Spider Man), Wolverine, Silver Surfer, and X-Men and for NES. I only played the latter (it sucks) and was told to stay away from the rest when I was younger.

I used to have this game and I couldn't get passed the first stage and i was 6 that time and about 6 years later, i'm 12 now, I STILL CAN'T GET PASSED THE FUCKING FIRST STAGE!!!!

This game fuckin sucked. Its a shame too, because it had so many great characters and so much potential.

But then, Any game that had those 3 dreaded letters in the opening screen is garbage by default.Which 3 letters? Oh, just L,J and N.

yeaaa it was hard as shht....but u know what, i think that was the beauty of games back then....you got what you payed for! nowadays, u beat a game in 1 damn day? are u serious???? buy a 60 dollar game today and beat it in a few hours....thats bad.....atleast when u payed for a 60 dollar game back in the day, they made u stay with that shht trying to beat it for atleast a couple of months..in some cases even a year to even more than 1 year!
