  • can anyone tell me wht is the song title?

  • @blastz92 Waterboys - Will The Circle Be Unbroken? But the version in the Bioshock Infinite trailer..I'm pretty sure is the voice actor for Elizabeth singing it.

  • is this game related to the original bioshock games?

  • @optimus304 its not, its a completely new storyline about a city in the sky. its similar but not related.

  • fuck everyone bitching about the new game without even playing it. bunch of ignorant fucking idiots, i hope for your sakes you don't show your idiocy too far over online gaming services too, as well as here. moaning cunt bleeding losers.

  • i love the game but i will miss big daddies and little sisters :( the bird guy and the uncle same dude just aren't the same

  • do they have a full version for this song? i never liked this song before cuz it was so...country? either way, i like this, its like a lullaby

  • I love how this trailer still shows how the game messes with time. Great Job. Can't wait!!!

  • This game looks absolutely amazing. I don't know why all of you are judging this game before it has even come out. 2K games has produced two amazing stories taking place in Rapture from two different perspectives. But, Rapture had its time. I think a 3rd game set there would be too repetitive and lazy. Look at this game, it is beautiful. And if you have read anything about the story and depth of this town and the girl, you wouldn't be doubting. Bioshock Infinite will be fucking jaw dropping.

  • This game....

  • can someone tell me whats the song name and who is singing it i love it!

  • @XspetNAZ The song is called "will the circle be unbroken" the singer is actually the voice actor of Elizabeth. Although the song is performed by a number or artists. This is just a short version they made for this trailer.

  • yeah the reason there wasnt dubstep was because some people actualy enjoy real music

  • o nome da musica é will the circle be umbroken

  • So apparently "dissonance" is a thing that people no longer understand. At least that's what it seems like if something can't be atmospheric and creepy while being brightly colored. Last time I checked, poisonous animals aren't grey.

  • @TheRedNationStates One of the reasons I love certain dystopia movies and literature.

  • Why do people give this game a bad rap and it hasn't even come out yet?

  • What's the name of the song?

  • That was one of the most pretentious video game trailers ever. And the enemies are ridiculous. Fifteen levels of fighting against rodeo clowns and town drunks? What is this, Postal 2?

  • @arknell i agree, but portal 2 was awesome!

  • @Gnomereaver portal 2 is awesome, but postal 2 is crap. :.)

  • @arknell Glad I am not the only person in the world who thinks this game looks a bit crap.

I thought it looked good when I first saw clips, but the more I see the less I like it.

Too arty-farty, and too up it's own arse for my taste.

And like you said, fighting clowns, drunks, and average yobs seems like less fun than call of doody these days

  • @w0bbl3r Yes, I'm directly comparing it to Bioshock 1, which was scary, tragic and fascinating. Felt bad for the little sisters, and the people who had died in the downfall of Rapture. Some circus-town built in the clouds doesn't capture my sympathy at all. The entire main plot seems to be some made-up 1905 american revolution with jolly steampunk war machines, they only have themselves to blame. Rapture's fall was through irresistible drugs and social isolation, not addiction to propeller hats!

  • @w0bbl3r look...while i dont agree with your opinion even remotely. but thats exactly it,your opinion...i am sorry people are giving shit to you...its just an opinion...but dont come in a comment section that you know will have fan boys.....and expect not to take shit...its just rude...that what the like bar is for

  • Fuck the haters. Infinite will be amazing!

  • I think the song My Immortal by Evanescence would've worked a lot better for this trailer, to be honest.

  • I burst into treats when I realize I'm "that" old cause I know original song and my kids doesn't like Bioshock cause they prefer games from the app store or playing COD T_T

  • Check out my Trailer Breakdown guys :D BIOSHOCK FTW!!!

  • dammit, this game still looks terrible

  • @FattyZee sir, this game is innovative and different. you cannot hate if you don't have any idea what your hating. AKA just because its not another COD or BF3 (BF3 is better). Does not mean its terrible. Now gtfo b4 big daddy beats ur ass.

  • @reptilian178 Oh i'm sorry sir, see the title says Bioshock but all i see is an MA rated pixar game, clearly i am mistaken

  • @FattyZee Yeah, this isnt rapture, but have YOU played this game?

  • This doesn't seem scary though. The first 2 werent "scary" but at least that had a horror feel to them.

  • Anyone else read what the clock says on it at the beginning? 0_o

  • @Arbiter567 Check out my Trailer breakdown!!!

  • this

    /watch?v=qjHjm5sRqSA

  • The singer is Elizabeth herself, Courtnee Draper.

  • @Sinisterslam1994 Tak you

  • Can anybody tell me what song this is ?

    I like it :D

  • Someone could tell me what name this song?

  • @muquinha51

""Will The Circle Be Unbroken" written by Ada R. Habershon

    It's a christian Hymn

  • Did anyone see that guy fly at 0:53?

  • I'll never get used to trailers having trailers these days

  • sounds a little like the trailer for Crysis 2

  • Game of the year 2012!!! i may be making a hyperbole, but man i' am excited.

  • I wish they would've used older music from the 1920's for this trailer.

  • @solidiquis1

The song "Will the circle be unbroken" was written in 1907.

  • the scene near the end is creepy especially with the song. it sounds so peaceful while a handyman reaches for you. lol

  • Btw thats from the offficial Infnite FAQ on their website, it has a crapload of info lol.

Heres another; Zachary Hale Comstock is the leader of Columbia and the head of the Founder faction. Comstock rose to fame as a war hero in the battle of Wounded Knee(dont start -_-). In Columbia Comstock entered politics and promoted the kind of populist ideals featured in our initial gameplay demo.

  • "Irrational won't create a multiplayer mode unless we feel such a mode would be truly worthy of the BioShock name."- FAVOURITE PART

  • great in this game your (presumably) daughter will have boobs, didn't see that coming.

  • Seeing this during the VGAs with "world premier" made the trailer look like shit. Nothing new is shown.

  • Not that I think it's a bad thing, but why are so many developers making games that have to do with worlds in the sky? FF13 had Cocoon, Skyward Sword had Skyloft, and now Bioshock has Columbia.

  • @StainIessChina because it's awesome, and developers always did it, since chrono trigger, wich is the first game i can remember with a sky city in 1996

  • @veening That's just one town, but it hasn't been until fairly recently that the entire world of a game has revolved around being in the sky.

  • BOOTS

  • THIS HAS NOTHING ON COD!

I AM THE KING OF COD LAD!

IM WELL SOUNDIES, EVEYONE ELSE IS WELLL SHIT MAYTTTE!

I AM THE BOSS, ANY ONE ELSE COME ON TO SAY OTHERWISE YOU IZ JUST JEALOUS LAD.

  • So I know this is an old old song but man I'd love to have a full version of her singing this on itunes... ahem... irrational games....ahem...

  • @TheSteinekin This song isn't that old it's a girl singing a really super slow version of a Johnny Cash song, and I'm pretty sure Johnny Cash is on itunes.

  • @StainIessChina The song first came out in 1972....almost 40 years is my opinion of an old song and I was wanting a full version of HER(Courtnee Draper) singing it not Johnny Cash..

  • @TheSteinekin You must have horrible taste in music, if you think old is 40 years. Old is like anywhere from like 15th to 19th century.

  • @TheSteinekin

The song was written in 1907, not the 70's.

  • @StainIessChina

Wrong, it's not a Johnny cash song, it was written 104 years ago by Ada R. Habershon

  • If you guys have ever been to church, you should know this song. lol

  • Oh ok.

  • the singer in that video almost sounds like the chick who's voicing Elizabeth in the game.

  • @MorningThief83 That's because it is.

  • @SSJ3Bowser ahhh. that explains it. cheers.

  • @MorningThief83 Yay :D lol I'm just glad I found a new trailer Youtube will let me watch. I mean, really, I can't watch the Last Of Us rewind theater video and it's rated TV-Y? Oh well, that's another different topic altogether.

  • @MorningThief83 it is the same woman

  • She's got a pretty nice rack.

  • This would look better with the song if the clips were in slow motion...

  • lady gaga ?

  • Usually, I am impressed with game trailers using in-engine footage. But this trailer is an exception. Absolutely horrendous.

  • Still think the girl looks to 'cartoony'...

  • Lol everyone talkin bout music lol. I <3 - Deadmau5, Excision, Metallica, P.O.D, Lil Wayne, Eminem, and even some good ol jazz and country now and then. lol

  • She has an amazing pair of Bioshock infinatesss

  • Excuse my typos

  • Its seems like columbia is the exact opposite of rapture, i mean its in the sky, instead of underwater, rapture was a government free pioneerish place while columbia is prety much a monument to america. But they are similar in that theu are both really screwed up

  • Game of the Year 2012.

  • uhmm who ever sang that song.........kill yourself

  • Beautiful voice whoever sings that

  • ugh.. it just doesn't feel or look like bioshock

  • @LastFayte Yeah, I am not too excited about this to be honest, but lets see how it turns out. Bioshock always has a good story though, but the game has to be dark and fucked up or else fffffuck it

  • wtf is bioshock

  • @Chasecity100 The best game ever my friend.

  • @Chasecity100 fail

  • This was a cool trailer , funny how all the comments are complaining about the music , have your people ever jst opened yourself to every genre because it u did there wouldnt be so many arguements

  • guys i need these questions answered. y is the game called bioshock INFINITE and who do u fight against and y? like the splicers in the first 2 games

  • wheres tobuscus when you need him

  • This is suppose to be relevant with the story which it is. It sounds like a song made during this time. Hearing dubstep or and other upbeat music wouldnt make sense with a game set before the 40's.

  • @defspeed11 lol dubstep, Ken Levine would sooner castrate himself.

  • @defspeed11 Really you don't know what that song is? It's Daddy Sang Bass by Johnny Cash (Idk if he did it originally but his version is the most famous).

  • @defspeed11 ok... was there anybody even questioning why dubstep wasn't playing during this trailer?

  • @JDizzle170 unfortunately yes.

  • Battlefield 3 > Modern Warfare 3

  • Nah I like this city. How many you wanna go to rapture. Needed a change in scenery. Was gettting pale in Rapture anyway. Sunlight....fuck yeah!!

  • good song

  • Bioshock vags trailer.....? O.o

  • i think the music to this trailer is soo perfect, can anyone find out the artist or find the full song? (not the original, but this version in particular) PLEASE

  • Anytime I see anything to do with bioshock I almost cry. BUT Bioshock 2 sucked.... Hard. SO THEY BEST BE MAKING UP FOR IT. But a city in the sky can never be Rapture

  • @TheKidowen Why did it suck in your opinion? I thought the story had more heart and the combat was very different from the first.

  • @defspeed11 This is just my opinion. But I didn't like it as much as the first because I like the first bioshocks story more. With bioshock 2 it seemed very sudden and not that well thought out. Of course I enjoyed curtain parts. But being Delta I felt that the overall fear aspect of bioshock was knocked down . You can't tell me that in the first meeting a big daddy as a human wasn't alarming. Of course Delta was gutted and all but never the less it just didn't feel the same to me.

  • day 1 pirate

  • No release Date ?? O.o FUUUUUCK!!!!

  • its kinda ridiculous that every FPS is using the calm music theme that Halo did many years back.

  • @KyleLaney87 that halo stole from every dramatic movie ever made....

  • cute song

  • dear Santa,

  • This definitely has potential

  • can't be worse than the second game. ohhhhh hahaha did i just say that out loud.

  • All the bullets and guns really counteracted the soft guitar.

  • the big daddies or whatever they are now better not be shit, cause if they are i'll be really pissed off

  • skyrim

  • I love this song!

    what is the name ?

  • @bebeproduccion it was made by the person who voices Elizabeth. Or at least sung by.

  • @GordonShemway1

Oh you prefer listening to your dark and edgy screamo bands that express your teenage angst? Or are in you the dubstep bandwagon?

  • @TonyKnockOff BOTH :D but fuck off, only cunts call it screamo

  • @iown5fags

It's just a phase, you'll get over it.

  • @TonyKnockOff I've been listening to heavy music since my early teens. I don't reckon I will get over it, and as for dubstep - maybe, but for now I really like it. The hardcore scene is way too strong in my life to stop liking heavy metal n shit.

  • @iown5fags Hahaha "cunts". You must be a real mature sixteen year old, get a life kid. That type of music shit, and quite honestly, I don't give a damn that it's your opinion. That music takes no talent, the end.

  • @whiteganser the only genre that take no talent is that hillbilly country crap, and that annoying angry ryhmes those animals sing. but no this song is still good.

  • @zectorzero1 animals? really, are we still living in the 18th century???

  • @whiteganser "DERP", says the yank. And 16? haha thanks man!

  • @iown5fags Wow, "Derp"? Really? Good comeback, really good. Go listen to actual fucking music you pathetic troll.

  • @whiteganser Soz, mate. What was that? I can't hear you over all the orgasmic dubstep I"m listening to.

  • @TonyKnockOff metalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetalmetal!

  • @TonyKnockOff dubstep... you got a problem?

  • @GordonShemway1 Wannabe troll is a wannabe

  • song?

  • @slammnit will the circle be unbroken. don't know who's singing it

  • Who is singing? its beautiful

  • @JNDALOG The actress who plays the main female role, Elizabeth.

  • @AL3X1412 It's hard to say. In a way, you're just as trapped, because you can't just *leave*, and that's almost more heightened because you don't have the claustrophobia and you feel like you *should* be free, even though you aren't.

It'll be interesting to see how it turns out.

  • does anyone know what this song is???

  • Wow that song really went with it and captured a dramatic moment *sarcasm* this game better not be shit like the other two

  • @RangoeRages Fuck you no sarcasm

  • Remember when the comments where actually about the game and not to guys fighting about unimportant crap?

  • OK people, PSA:

"Your" means "belongs to you", e.g., "your cup of coffee".

"You're" is short for "you are". As in "you're a moron".

Two people screaming "no your a moron" at each other on YouTube are, in fact, both morons.

In other news, this Bioshock Infinite trailer was awesome. Odds on the game will be too. You may now carry on with your lives.

  • @Blue5wirl I think, that's what you call a sad irony...

  • @RankAndFileGuy True that.

  • @Blue5wirl You have a fucking mental condition if grammar bothers you that much...

  • @Blue5wirl

good message to the people,I just think you should have phrased the last part:"Odds are,the game will be too"

Sorry to butcher your sense of grammar.

  • i want bioshock 4 to be rapture in the 21st century.. being discovered by the government...

  • i dont know if i should like this or not cause i want to but it does not look as good as bioshock 1 and 2

  • oh look its egg man in a robot suit

  • It dosent have the same spine tingling feeling as the first 2

  • this game is more like a T-rated game instead of a M-rated game, where the gore the suspense? there is nothing scary about broad daylight. i still think bioshock in space would have been better concept than a airship city

  • @matthew4892 There actually is quite a bit of blood and gore. It's just cut out of this trailer. You can view gameplay in another video. As for suspense, I'm not sure if that's what it's going for. If you watch the gameplay video, you'll see though that it's awesome!

  • Ahhhh, does anyone else feel like a city in the sky will never really capture the trapped, apocalyptic feel of looking out a window in Rapture?

  • @AL3X1412 They did that on purpose to shake things up a bit! instead of being traped!

  • @AL3X1412 Perhaps that is their intention of moving the game to the sky. Maybe the feel won't be one of feeling trapped, but perhaps feeling too free. Being underwater versus being in the sky is quite a different feeling of freedom, and the themes could mirror that.

  • @AL3X1412 i dont think they are trying to give that feeling this time

  • @AL3X1412 I think it'll be a completely different feeling, although, I still think it will probably be pretty awesome

  • @AL3X1412 Its meant to be different lol.

  • @AL3X1412 that's the beauty of it. Columbia looks gorgeous, really beautiful and well realized, and everything's going to shit. Gotta love that contrast...

  • @AL3X1412 Well no shit, one's in the sky, another is underwater. In terms of the scenery taking my breath away, fuck yes. Columbia is rad.

  • @AL3X1412 no at least i dont but this one is more centered in politics not so much in being alone in an underwater city filled with monsters and deadly creatures

  • @AL3X1412 No, it has more of a, I could easily fall to my death at any moment, there's something seriously messed up with this cheery atmosphere, and this place will inevitably crumble around me and kill everyone sort of feeling.

  • @AL3X1412 Daylight horror is good too. Just a different feel.

  • @AL3X1412 They both have a felling of no escape because with out certain things you / theu cannot escape although it is much more pleasant than being underwater.

  • @AL3X1412 No cause if you do you'll fall to your death from 15,000 feet..

  • @AL3X1412 Who says's its supposed to feel trapped and apocalyptic? They create an amazing universe, full of creativity and imagination, and all you can do is compare it to an old game? Retarded if you ask me.

  • @AL3X1412

That's probably because it's in the sky

  • @AL3X1412 and it won't have to.

  • @AL3X1412 ofcourse. Thats not its objective.

  • @AL3X1412 No... but that doesn't make it any less of a good game in my opinion. Rapture was your haunted mansion ride, this one is going to be your fast high rollercoaster of a ride. Still equally scary and fun but for different reasons.

Sorta like comparing Shaun of the Dead to Hot Fuzz =)
