u need to extract 09.bpe form the ch.pac and u will get 09.pac inject it into 09.bpe and u will see a new list in the x-paccer then export all the texture u will get a tm2 file with it . u next need OPTPiX iMageStudio to view tm2 file and edit them

i use photoshop u can download the nike the bike editor and import those files to ps2/psp[may work]
