  • Awesome !

    I love this !!! <3<3<3

  • I Enmire People Who Can Almoust Any Envirament Make Their Parkour Playground... !!!GooD Video... :)

  • This is why I like to do Parkour on playgrounds :D

  • He's french and the subtitles are no so easy to do.

  • thank you for you wise words, zen master

  • I love your accent!

    Great Video too!

  • Thx mate gonna try the pillar exercise .. and i love your english its smooth and sounds nice :D

  • 2:46 O MY GOD

  • He's french french accent ;D Why notjust tell in french and use subtitles?

  • This stuff is unreal, it's always amazing to see these guys in action. Parkour is becoming so beautiful it should really be turned into a competitive sport

  • @Leong428

I believe that turning parkour into a competetive sport would just make it to another physical sport, and it would loose it's true meaning about selfprogression, not training for others (e.i. crowds, spectators), and the motto ''to be and to last'' would also fade away. Also, it would be very hard to measure who's the best, since it's also about being helpfull to ppl, improving yourself not only in parkour, challanging yourself, being creative etc.

  • @BlacksVideos Skateboarding has gone through that transformation, but the experience of chilling with a bunch of other beginners in the afternoon hasn't changed in the slightest. The average skater doesn't learn it to impress people. The ones that do are the first give up because it's just fucking hard, everything you attempt looks pathetic for weeks if not months. If parkour becomes a competitive sport regular people will be aware of it and that will make training a lot less awkward :)

  • OW.... No words...

  • Dude, if you still need more strength then wow have i got a lot more training to do.

  • First exercise is good for upper and core strength.

  • Asics Patriot 2

  • it look so simple but its very hard work!

  • Salomon XA Pro 3D Ultra is the best trainer I've ever used, if you want my advice

  • I like Nike Darts. 5 or 6, but not nike dart 7s so much.

  • @gyenming i used 6's when i started and there were alot of down sides like low ankle support and after awhile all my landings hurt, so far inov8 is a ton better so i'd recommend them. Inov-8 f-lite 305pk is a really really good one

  • Really? Never had the same problem, Inov-8 f-lite, eh? I might have to go check them out some time

  • yea i use them aswell :)

  • lol " i dun no how 2 call it a pielar?"

  • I reckon Feiyues are the best (i hav some)

  • @cahman44 I use Feiyues with a redwing insole

  • some people were talking about what's the best parkour shoe I think it's the ariake because they might not be as good grip on concrete as the five ten freerunners but the five tens won't stick to any metal and the ariake gas good grip on everything its just not as great on concrete as the five tens.

  • wow, beast :S

  • dude your beastly strong haha

  • go get some weights "or anything heavy thats small" and just hold on to them and hang them down by ur sides

  • yo dude grip from hanging in a pull up kind of position is all in the forearm strength as well as the biceps (if your arms are bent) and in the upper back muscles (posterior deltoids, rhomboids, latissimus dorsi) if you type these in google i bet there will be plenty of excercises there for you if you work on strengthening your back Biceps and forearms your hanging grip will greatly improve ^_^

  • If you get blisters dont touch them keep doing pull ups and everything and youll get blisters and once youve done a lot you wont have any blisters and strong grippy hand

  • get wet or sweaty hands and let them dry, or put on some gloves with good grip.

  • if your falling at 15ft, you shouldnt be at 15 ft... start at ground level and take your time

  • buy a hand gripper or just keep practicing cat grabs.

  • hey lagas, where about do you train?

like ive just started but our park is crap, so where do you reckon i should try and do it for practice?

    thanks

  • Schools and kindergardens got lots of 'instruments' used to play with, but with some fantasy, they are great for training parkour, go there after schooltime and check it out.

  • thanks will do :)

    x

  • what is the bets shoes for parkour?

  • comfortable runners. if you can, try to get the grips in a horitzontal direction. helps with grip. a nice toe grip is helpful too~

  • you don't want huge soles, it desensitizes you from the landing and promotes poor technique by allowing you to do jumps that you aren't ready to do.

  • new balance mainly

  • look up the five ten freerunner

  • Its a sick shoe, but the rubber did wear away after some hard use, until then, best shoe I have ever worn

  • Some which gives good grip on concrete and bricks etc. Good grip on Wood is just a plus

  • what bout rails metal you need fgood grip for rails :P

  • Well, you're right, but as long the metal isnt wet, you will only need a 'normal' rubber sole. Most rubber will have a good grip on the most metal-arts.

  • Feiyues

  • you know what i found out about parkour? that it makes ur body fitter and really fast i started parkour 3 weeks ago and i'm alot fitter now then i was before starting parkour :)

  • Sekmes :)

  • dekui xD

  • I know, you progress so fast compared to other sports

  • i noticed he looks disgusted as he trains

  • LOL, I think it's a French thing.

"what ziz dirty Englizsh bhrekhfaast I av etten ... ziz ohrribel Englizsh wheazer ... I fart in zhere generale direchtion"

  • lol omg...

  • i wish i could fid a training ground like this to train at.

  • just look for any kids playground around you and be creative. I go to a local kids playground to exercise a lot and its just your average playground, I just find exercises to do and mess around with it and keep it fun and a great workout. just look around, i'm sure you'll find something to work with

  • Trees (especially solitary ones), railings, walls (well built ones!)

When I was in Singapore I saw loads and loads of potential training spots ... just start simple, practice and ideas will begin to flow.

  • where do you train in the sports hall which 1?

  • Forrest Pwns!!! xD

  • I train with him in a sports hall twice a week

  • wow gorila

  • gorilla? is that an insult or a compliment cuz hes a man beast i met him and i

    Jizzed In My Pants

  • I need some advise on precision jumping

  • Gaawwd it looks so fun. I wanna do it, but I can't hold up myown body weight. what can I do to fix this problem? (i.e- any exercises?)

  • Just start with simple exercises like push ups, sit ups, and that exersize that you are aganst the wall and pretending to sit down but without the chair kind of thing. and like ofr example push ups, start with 10 then move up to maybe 15 each week.set a reasonable goal each time, push yourself but dont push yourself too far. after that could try like chin ups to get over walls, i had troble with getting over walls for about a few months so yeah just keep trying.

  • Pull-ups. If you cannot do pull-ups, then do "negatives" where you stand on a chair to help yourself up to where your head is above the pull-up bar, then you let yourself down without the chair, very slowly.

  • Havn't seen your answers xD haha

  • What? Sorry, I can't recall what I was supposed to answer, I haven't been on this page for over a month. =p

  • just look at urban free flow on there main web it thay have exercises you can do

  • omg such spam XD

  • Train :) .. Push-ups .. Walk on Hands :) And lift weights, thats what I do

  • hey awwesome video liked it very much :D i may try strentgh training at my local park although there are usually quite a few chavs round there so im not sure lol

  • Creativity and variation is the key.
